Many of you have heard of Coach Tom Coughlin as a Super Bowl-winning NFL coach. Did you know that he also started his own nonprofit? The Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation was launched after a player he coached at Boston College was diagnosed and lost his battle to cancer. That player was Jay McGillis and for over 20 years, Coach Coughlin has been helping families in NY/NJ and Jacksonville, FL who are tackling cancer, in Jay’s memory. In fact they’ve assisted over 4,000 families and provided over $9 million in financial support. Today’s guest on the Nonprofit Leadership Podcast is Keli Coughlin, Tom’s daughter, the Executive Director of the Foundation. You don’t want to miss today’s show.
